  Dr. Kaye is a nice, caring doctor. I've been one of her patients for over a year and have had no problems seeing her, or receiving proper care. The only issue is that there is always a surprise charge or balance. $100 here, $40 there, etc. I'm aware of how insurance works and the possibilities of services being covered or not. However, there seems to always be something. Oddly enough, I've never had this issue before at other offices. Yet, I've had the same insurance policy for years. Aside from Dr. Kaye being a great doctor, I'll be looking for a different PCP. I want to go to an office that'll have clear cut insurance billing / copays.
